It has been a long time since I have really been on SPARK PEOPLE, a lot has been going on. I ended up trying out for my college's basketball team. I ended up making the team and becoming Captain. Since I was not physically fit to just jump into it, I wasn't surprised that I ended up getting hurt. I ended up with a hairline fracture. I was unable to workout for a month. Before I stopped working out I ended up dropping my weight down 10 pounds. But since then I gained 5 pounds back. I got the okay on December 23rd to work out again. Since I was laid off back in September and can't afford a gym membership anymore. So I need to use what I have at my house in order to get in shape. I have a bike and have been doing that. On January 1st I also lost my health insurance so when I work out I need to take it easy. I got the okay that I could play in my last basketball game and to start practicing in football. Of course I did to much at once and ended up with a torn hamstring. It is all black and blue and twice the size. I'm so frustrated knowing that I push my self to far. I need to start learning I need to work my way into things. I can not just jump into things like I use to. I really hope I will be able to play football this year. I need to do a lot of thinking and figure out what is best for me.
