C2 - Day 15 gained 4 lost 6 -Bottom line 195 (2# less)

Except for the last 3 days where I went overboard with eating stuff I don't even know how many calories there are (and lost weight?! what's the deal here!) I have started C2 on a steady course, taking my two shakes a day. Of course 2# does not show much difference on picture but here it is, for the records

    keep at it. you will notice a difference when you stay the course. i know form experience that i was the last to notice any positive changes. i was looking at myself with "fat goggles" and I could only see what my mind was trained to see, and what it has seen for the last several years.

    There is a difference. I scrolled back and saw the previous pictures. Your waist is smaller and your stomach is flatter.
