I love cooking and love coming up with healthy meals, but the last few weeks I've been in a food rut. Vegetarian chili every week, tacos every weeks, tofu noodles every week. Ack! I keep looking at recipes but haven't found much to be appealing to me. Help!
FYI - I'm not eating any grain. My carbs come from fruits, veggies, and beans.
