My exercising turns my husband ON

Wednesday, January 12, 2011

I was doing my back exercises this morning - where you lie on your stomach and "swim" by alternately lifting opposite arm and leg. And "superman" where you lift both arms and both legs to look like you're flying.

Apparently DH thought this was hot. As in, distracting me. Luring me into a romantic moment. While I'm trying to exercise!!!!

What's a woman to do??

Sex is good cardio exercise. It raises your heart rate, sweats out toxins, targets specific muscle groups and can lower blood sugar levels significantly. It also releases the good brain chemicals to elevate mood. The fact that it's fun helps a lot. But, how to track it... emoticon emoticon

I tend to get the arched eyebrow with tricep dips. Nothing like a little unexpected cardio with your strength training!
