It's been a fun week. I've actually been able to roll around on the floor with my son and play with him. It's great to feel thiner! I also noticed that I don't feel overwhelmed by everything. I feel like I can take it on! I have found some great substitutes....
Caring Candies - no sugar, low carb candies. They are really colorful and have a mild taste with no funny aftertaste! 10 cal per candy.
Zero Carb bread and bagles - I found these on Amazon. I prefer them toasted. My hubby loves them with cream cheese and salmon. They are only 90 cal per bagle.
