Seventh Day of the Challenge

It is so hard to keep up with all this stuff when I am not at home with my own foods - my own time and my own equipment.....

That being said - I have really done good at my eating - my calories have been in complete range 4 out of 7 days - and only a few points over the other days....THat is the positive...

Finding time to blog - not so good..
Drinking enough water - not so good
Tracking exercise minutes not so good

But I have done more than I ever would have attempted while on vacation - so I am gonna say for this week - I am proud of my effort...and next week I will get the rest all in line! Am enjoying my walks - when I get home am looking forward to swimming my laps!

Tomorrow is weigh in day - first week - and I think I have lost weight - I really do!!!! Can't wait!

    I too had a great week - I didn't lose, but I feel good with the process and look forward to a nice healthy loss next week :-) I too tracked every day, and stayed in range all the days, but one or two of those was ONLY because my range is on crack :-)

Looking forward to seeing how you did this week!
