After last Friday, I went on binges by celebrating the wt loss. So today I'm back to 170.6. I promised myself this is my last binge and decided to record my measurements.

Breast 39
Chest 34.5
Waist 35
BellyButton 43
Hip 41.5
L Thigh 25
R Thigh 25
L above Knee 17.5
R above Knee 17
L Calf 15.5
R Calf 15

I really need to get my BF% down. My measurement of bell button area is emoticon. Also, I wanted to compare above the knees because whenever I try a pants, my left leg is always tight.

This is my worst. Now this day on, only the smaller 'me' will show up.

    I know the numbers can be daunting, but it's the numbers that show the progress and that encourages me to change... it's just finding your own most motivationg numbers (the scale doesn't work for me)... body composition and inches do!

As for the binging, remember that all behaviour is purposeful (meets some concrete need), and to change a bad habit, you have to replace it with a better one. Instead of just telling yourself that your binging is 'bad' consider looking at what sincere need it fulfils and then find a better behaviour that will satisfy the need productively. Maybe it's even as simple as allowing yourself to 'binge', but only binging on celery (extreme example for effect). Likely whatever you choose to binge on won't satisfy in the same way, which will help you figure out what the need is.

You're doing great... PROGRESS, not perfection!
