This is my plan for this week. So far I am down 6 lb this month. I am doing really good on working out. I am loving Zumba it is fun to do and burns a lot of calories. I need to do better on eating more and more frequently.

  I loved Zumba too back when I was going to the gym for my workouts. Killer exercise and you walk out feeling -worked-. I face the same problem you do with scrambling to fill my caloric deficit. While obviously getting the whole routine is important, if you find yourself precariously low and want to bump it up, here's a great site with lists of "nutritionally sound foods at the end of the day" that might inspire you with some ideas on how to cover that last little stretch...
