I have a couple favorite pilates dvds that I like to use when concentrating on my abs. Well one of them I did for the 3rd time this new year and I ACTUALLY did the entire thing - woo-hoo! It gets to a point where it is really difficult and the first two times I did it, I just mushed through that part. Today I did it! Not with "ease" but I made it through without any "mushing" LOL!
