Week 2 of Comeback Tour

So first of all I need to give you a recap of last week. I'm very proud of myself for getting most of my workouts in last week, well until the weekend hit at least.

Saturday: Bike 30 minutes - Done!
Yoga 30 minutes - Done!

Sunday: Run 45 minutes - Done!
Boot camp 10 minutes - Done!

Monday: Run 30 minutes - Done!
Swim 30 minutes - Done!
Boot camp 10 minutes - Done!

Tuesday: Bike 30 minutes - actually 45 minutes Done!
ST day (nope)
Boot camp 10 minutes - Done!

Wednesday: Run 30 minutes - Done!
Swim 30 minutes - (nope) - didn't feel like getting wet, how pathetic!
Boot camp 10 minutes - Done!

Thursday: Bike 30 minutes -Done - actually 45 minutes
ST Day - (nope)
Boot camp 10 minutes - (Done)

This is where it fell apart......
Friday: Off
Boot camp 10 minutes - (nope)

Saturday: Swim 30 minutes - (nope) I let the day get away from me! Pathetic!
Bike 30 minutes - (nope)
Boot camp 10 minutes - (nope)

Then I got sick Sunday.......

But hey, it is okay! I got both my workouts in yesterday! Although I haven't done the bootcamp since last Thursday I plan on doing it tonight AND I plan on hitting the gym at lunch to get my ST in!

So for this week it is the same as last week:

Sunday: Run 45 minutes - nope, very sick puppy!
Boot camp 10 minutes - nope see above

Monday: emoticonRun 30 minutes and Swim 30 minutes
Boot camp 10 minutes - nope

Tuesday: Bike 30 minutes
ST day
Boot camp 10 minutes

Wednesday: Run 30 minutes
Swim 30 minutes
Boot camp 10 minutes

Thursday: Bike 30 minutes
ST Day
Boot camp 10 minutes

Friday: Off
Boot camp 10 minutes

Saturday: Swim 30 minutes
Bike 30 minutes
Boot camp 10 minutes

Next week I officially kick off the base training of my Ironman training. Hubby filmed me swimming yesterday and I can see some of what I'm doing wrong but I am doing some stuff right. My Y is going to start a swim clinic so I plan on taking full advantage of it! And I'm trying to watch all the swim videos I can!

Eating is going well. I can't seem to get my sweet tooth under control but I've managed to keep it all within my calories. My only out day was Sunday and I was way under! I've also seen the scale move in a great direction so I'm happy for that! I think it is all coming together!!!!

Oh did I tell you the Iroman is coming to The Woodlands? That is where I live! May 21st!! Can you imagine how much fun it will be watching this! They are going to be running and biking around where we live!! The swim is going to be at the Lake near town center!

    I'd say your comeback is marvelously underway, WAY TO GO!! You are a champ for even entertaining the notion of swimming in this frigid weather...even indoors and heated, brrrr!!LOL Keep pushing for those goals...I'm cheering you on!! emoticon emoticon
