Reasonable Objectives I gave myself:
1) follow Sparks daily diabetic goals for calories, carbs, fat & protein menues when planning meals.
2) exercise with music and while watching TV
3) go outside to get some fresh air & sun with my dog
5) get massages and lazer treatments as much as financially capable.
6) all of the above...not necessarily in that order...lol
