Don't get side-tracked into thinking you have to do a certain exercise or read everything. It is all about the goal. To loose weight, you have to eat healthier and move more. Now go have FUN doing that. Log it and see how the equation is working through the tracker. Need more moving? Go have fun or just jump in place 5 minutes. Need motivation? Read someone's story or find a refreshing recipe that targets the things you are lacking. Check out the tracker reports. Love them! They show me what nutrients I am low in and what I went over on.
