My first run of the new year was great. I don't know how much you can call it a run since I only do 2 minutes of running followed by 3 minutes of fast walking repeat but hey you have to start some where. I almost lost my dinner but I was still proud of what I could do after a year off. When I started trying to run I could barely get to minute 2. Now I can almost keep going, almost. I want to wait until I can get through a whole workout of 2/3's then I am going to switch it to 3/2's and go from there. I just never thought I would love to run. But if it's something you thought you would never be able to do for even a minute makes me so happy.
