Indoor Elliptical Training/Turbo Jam

emoticon Winter has come to Cheyenne. There has been ice on the streets and wind chills are below zero. As a result I have had to work out indoors. HeeHee. I swore I would do everything in my power to avoid the basement indoor gym but somehow I have gotten a second wind and have been able to handle it.
emoticon I am so happy I am not sad!
emoticon All I can figure is the endorphins are kicking in. For those of you out there who hate to work-out, remember that those wonderful endorphins are a natural results of hard work. SO stick with you exercise and wait for them to kick in....they are worth it! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I got that feeling when I finished my Plyometrics this morning. Then I had a salad and went outside and shoveled snow! Now, I think it's time for me and the treadmill to get reacquainted.

Play some fun music while you're down in the dungeon to help bring up your endorphins.
