I've always been the "exerciser" in my relationship. In fact, I think that's been one of the most challenging parts of staying on track! When I'm not feeling very motivated and my hubby is snuggled up on the couch watching TV it's easier for me to give into being lazy and not exercising.
This last Saturday I was crocheting and my husband came up to me and said "I need to run. I weigh 203. I've never weighed over 200 pounds." I have to say I'm not surprised that his habits finally caught up with him. He's been eating out for lunch for quite some time and he only ever exercises right before we go on a vacation where people may see himwith his shirt off.
I'm glad he started exercising this weekend (even if it means I have to share my exercise room and time..) because I really want him to be a healthy person. I hope he sticks with it and his motivation keeps me motivated and back and forth.
