Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well! We are supposed to get 18 to 24 inches in Connecticut, which is a pretty big deal actually--it takes forever to clear the roads!

I am trying to save money so that I can pay a huge chunk off of my loans when I graduate. Does Charlotte have Groupon? That is a great way to save money, hehe.

Haha, confession time with Adrienne, love it! I totally feel with you with spending money on things I don't need. I shop when I'm bored a lot, hahaha.

I totally hear you on the punishment factor. I did that with food, and I also overdid the exercise for a long time. Feeling that I HAD to exercise or else I would die or something. You will get to a point where you enjoy eating something and working out--maybe by challenging yourself but not pushing it too hard, you know? I am working on not feeling guilty when I buy something for myself as a present--sometimes that is much needed!

Will catch up on your other vlog later!

"It's kinda like having a fat trainer" haha love it. This is such a good confession vlog! I too have an issue with savings and have been working really hard to get back on track. I just recently invested in an RSP and created a joint account with my bf to put a percentage of our pay in every month for house savings. It feels so good, knowing that the money I earn will have something to show for in a few years. Although I totally get what you mean, you see all this money sitting there in your account knowing that you can't touch even though you have things you need to buy like food for yourself. "Punishment" is definitely a great way of describing that feeling. It's tempting, same goes for losing weight - You try to save calories by opting for something small like salad when everyone around you is having fun and enjoying thier steaks and chocolate cheesecakes. It doesn't seem fair. We just have to keep our goals infront of us and know that the results are so worth the "punishment". Good luck on your budget plan! I'm sure you will start when you are completely ready :)

Hey! Ok, I'm online and my computer isn't smoking or fizzling so I'm trying to catch up with ya'll. Wow, I just rambled on in the longest response you'd ever care to see..haha..I think I better edit!

Short version: It's all or nothing for me..in everything, I fear! Food/shopping, etc. Right now I'm on a good 'nothing' trend...ie. not spending anything unnecessary.

Oh a budget...we have been trying to live on one of those for the past two months...we hope that next month we will actually do it.

Haha...it snowed in Texas too, but not enough to keep me from work, but I have people I work with in NC and their offices are closed. In the South we freak about snow.
