Hi everyone! Hope everyone is having a week! Today I am starting to get back on track. I have been so bad for the last 3 months and gained 8 pounds. Went from 142 to 150 in three months. How did I do it? I went auto pilot on chocolate. & Cookies too! I had to rethink about what I was doing wrong, and change a few things. For the past months I have been selling items on ebay, and instead of doing my exercise first, I end up packaging packages first.
Things to change:
#1) Walking & exercise first before doing anything! Just like I used to do. Pack packages later when done.
#2) Stop buying chocolate for now, since I can't eat just one piece.
#3) Track my food.
#4) Think first before before adding anything to my mouth. Any little extra's can add up!
#5) Get my strength training 3x a week
I have realized how bad it can get when I do not focus on exercising first, from now on it will be my priority.
