My goal is no longer weight loss, but doing things to get healthy. I will work out at least 3 times a week. I would like all three to be zumba, but it will depend on my gym. They just started offering the class and we have to sign up ahead of time- with a cap of 30 people per class, so I will have to wait and see if I can get in.
I will also eat much healthier. I will eat fruits and vegetable and drink my water. I will also avoid buying candy bars at the check out counter!
Although my goal isn't weight loss, my rewards are going to be tied to my losing weight.
Thanks to reading several other people's rewards blogs, I decided to really think about mine. I had planned to make 10 pounds goals, but realized that every 5 pounds are worth celebrating thanks to my fellow sparkers!!
So here we go-
280- New workout capris (I just bought a pair, but they kept falling down during zumba:-(
270- New workout bra (mine has seen better days)
260-Massage (I haven't had one in 4 years)
250- Weekend away dancing with my husband
240- New jeans
When I make it that far, I will set more rewards! Hopefully this year!!
