Found myself getting a bit too wrapped up in trying to follow the Flat Belly food guidelines to a T. The last thing I want to become is obsessed so I told myself to relax, understand that I don't have immediate access to all the recommended foods, and that it's ok to continue along with the food choices and serving amounts that have been working for me. I'm still striving to follow the Flat Belly suggestions, but not hung up on being able to do it perfectly. Ahhhhhh! Relief!
