Grande skinny Caramel Mach (my FAVE) at Starbucks and Spinach feta wrap-470 cals total. More calories than I usually have for breakfast but worth it. Of course this will not be an everyday occurance.
I also found a resource on Runner's World.com that will prepare me for my 10K in June. The plan charts out runs that you need to do over a 5-week period to help you build your endurance for the race. I am so excited to begin my transformation.
