So, its Jan. 10th and time to face serious things again.
Means: i will start working fulltime today again, instead of an-hour-or-so-and-i dunno-want-at-all.
Was sooo lazy i didnt even track my food intake.
But moving gets an habit - i did each day a little exercise - even if it was only for 15 minutes or so. Moving is essential to my health too - so pain forces a certain discipline *lol*.
I gained one lbs only. Thats an excellent thing so i desserve a lot of credit
Revised the healthy entrepreneus challenge and made some comments on my older posts. To help me see progress the coming month.
Personal Kanban seems to work. But still have a lot of tasks from December.
Have to revise my weight loss goal too- overplanned it. I will change it into a loss of one lbs/week. This should work.
Have to work on meal planning. I need more conveniece products to prepare meals in less time. But i dont want any ready-to-heat-stuff, therefore i love cooking toooo much. Its an hobby and complete relaxation.
Example: Last week i had some iceberg-lettuce ready, some carrots and other small veggies handy.
The kick of preparing it was a convenience dressing from my favourite retailer.
On the other hand i have a package of very expensive pis-en-lit (dandelion?) that needs a homemade dressing. Its lying here for four days.
So, up to work now Khelia-Baby - lets create results!
