I had an interesting weekend. Friday morning hubby tells me that we are going out to eat before the birthday party. Of course he tells me this too late for me to get my bootcamp video in before work. So I made plans to do video 7 and 1 on Saturday.
Went out Friday night, had a bit to drink. Actually got pretty intoxicated, but not to the drunk stage. I know drinking and loosing weight don't mix that well but I hardly ever drink so I am not beating myself up over it. Then I shook my ass on the dance floor for 2.5 hours, occasionally grabbing the railing so I wouldn't fall down. Got home after 2 (I usually and trying to go to sleep at 9:30)
Slept in Sat, got up for the TV installer then took a nap. Fixed the eye on my dress. Didn't eat much but what I did eat wasn't very good for me, lol. Then got into my high school prom dress and went to the ballroom dance. Probably got a total of 45 minutes of dancing there (I stand around a lot at those) Went to Denney's after, again got home about 2am.
Today I slept in again, totally screwed up my sleep schedule this weekend. Chatted with my family. I found a 5K in their area the week I will be visiting and am trying to talk them into training for it. Ran errands. Traded my Big5 gift card in for new cross trainers and a yoga mat.
Hit Walmart for various things. Got some boots to deal with the cold feet I have been fighting. Sneakers too. The main reason I went to Walmart was I needed new undies. I haven't bought new undies in a very long time. Mom bought me a bunch when I went off the college and they have stretched as I have grown. But the darn things are not shrinking as I shrink. That is very unfair of them!
I had no idea what size I was. Grabbed a tape measure, 39.5" ok well 39" was a medium and 40" was a large. Figured I am still shrinking so I grabbed the mediums. Then I thought, "wow, I am wearing mediums!" Then I thought " How on earth can I wear a medium? I still have so much to lose! I just crossed out of the obese range!"
Anyhow, came home and cleaned went for a walk, and did both videos 7 and 1. If I do 2 and 3 tomorrow I will be all caught up. Working on my pushups as I type this. I am still struggling with this 100 pushup challenge. I suppose it would be going easier if I would do it as often as the program suggests.
