Tired starting over?

Sunday, January 09, 2011

Yes I get tired starting over.
The alternative is to give up .
I absolutely will not do that.
I just bought my hubby a pair of 34 waist levi 505's
He has not been that thin since 1969.
He has been doing it with diet alone but now he is starting to exercise.
I am so grateful he is no longer bringing things into the house I really cannot stop eating if they are here to tempt me.

I do not like the gym he joined and am going shopping for one as soon as I get over this flu that had laid me out since Tuesday. I got to work but did not much of anything else.

I want to continue to walk with other like minded people and I am continuing to alter my food plan to be satisfying but within my Spark food range.
I have to start over every day to have a today that I can be proud of tomorrow.

It always seems like a good idea to start again. You are lucky your husband has made the decision to stop bringing in the junk. I am hopeful someday my husband will do the same. He tries to workout (15 mins a day), but he has a long way to go. Sure wish we could encourage each other, but sometimes discovering what works best personally is the best way. good luck with your gym hunt.

Remember, it is a journey we are all on.

It may have ups and downs but the journey is worth it.

There are times we do better than others, and those are the times for which we need to strive.

    Absolutely don't ever give up.
Starting over is a good thing. This time you know where you went wrong the other time/times.

    You can do it.
