Time to get back on track.

So I had a few setbacks. I got back on birth control pills after 9 years because my cycle is crazy lol. I wanted to eat all the time, was cranky, among other things. So got the pills changed and it has helped. Then I went on a cruise and gained some more weight. So total I have gained 14lbs. I have lost 4lbs. this week so far. If I can lose at least 6 more lbs. I will be happy. With the cold weather, I can't really walk/jog in the morning. So, my cousin and I are doing workout videos 6 days a week for 50-60 minutes. They include Jackie Warner, Jillian Michaels, The firm pump, jump, & jab, & Turbojam (about to begin). I also like playing Just Dance on the WII. I'm eating 1300-1400 calories a day. I'm adding (MUFAs) to my diet. I just got a new camera. Can't wait to learn more about it so I can start shooting. Well, that's about all for my update. Hope everyone is doing well.
