a week of being back on track, it feels good. i am making myself more of a priority and it shows, lol. I am not so crabby (so my kids say) and I have a more energy. I have exercised all week and have been better about tracking my food. I know those two points are the key for me to lose weight and manage to keep it off. I still have a ways to go before I can say the healthy habits are back, but I am on my way. so far so good....now for another week, baby steps.....one week at a time
I do feel really good and for me that is important right now. I am so used to taking care of everyone else, that I really need to keep a portion of my focus on myself. I really want to be down by 60 pounds when my son comes home from Norway, so mid July is my goal.
