Here's how I did for week 1 of the new year!

I met Nutrition goals 6 of 7 days
Glasses of water for 6 of 7 days
Fruit/Veg for 3 of 7 days

Fitness Minutes 406
Calories Burned 2229

For Week 2 I need to concentrate getting more fruits and vegetables and drinking water consistently!
