after the binging yesturday and going on the scale today to see i have put on 2lb YES I SAID A WHOLE "LBS something has to be here to get those 2lbs off as soon as possible before they decide to stick was bad enough that i put on 1.5lbs last week but to repeat the process by being up anpther thank you very much so i am now made myself a no excuses zone.
#no excuses not to exercises
#no excuses to binge eat again
#no excuse to have more than a little piece of ayyubs 5th birthday cake on tuesday
#no excuse to have any of the crispa and other goodies at the party
#no excuse not to try and motivate myself in any way i can
#no excuse not to give me at least 10 minutes ME TIME
#no excuses not to reward myself(in a none food way) at the end of the day if i keep the day a no excuse day

so all my friends come join me in my NO EXCUSE ZONE you are all welcome.the more the the way thanks for the love and support you all gave me yesturday it was much appreciated and just what i all rock.and here is a link to help those who want to join me in the no excuses zone.

I was going to advice you this before i read the more very important no excuse point to add excuse for not eating fruits. Trust me its important. Best of luck

    I agree on the excuses. My mantra for most of my journey now has been my choice or my excuse, either one I needed to own.

Self responsibility is one of the keys to make a commitment to a lifestyle change. Good luck on your no excuse zone!!!

    I agree...I needed that wake up call myself. I have to suffer through watching (and smelling) my husband eating his high calorie snacks every night. Sometimes the temptation to join him is overwhelming.
