Wow! Thanks for watching and leaving comments. I'm encouraged to do more. My goal is to one everyday. Might as well let technology work for me, right??!!

YOU DID GREAT!!! Last night was the first time that I tried Skype with my cousin Patty. All in all I think that it must be easier knowing and looking at the person that you're talking to than not in some ways.Keep up the good work!

Thanks for sharing with us. Taking videos of ourselves is a hard thing to do. I hate to even video chat any longer, I just don't want people to see me or my home when they aren't at their best. I've been extremely limited on what I can do for several years now and have gone from a trim, yet curvy and very active woman who was a neat freak to a obese, blob, who lays around most of my day and hardly cleans at all. I leave what does get done to my husband. I have learned not to nag since I am just grateful some things are getting done, like the dishes, shopping, and dinner being fixed.

Any way, back to your video, thanks again for having the courage to put yourself on film and put yourself out there for the world to see and hear. You've got a lot of courage and I am positive that this time around you will reach your goal and keep it. Really hard not letting those pounds creep back on and I understand completely how it's happened to you too. It happens to the vast majority of us.

Good Luck and God Bless you with the strength to reach your goals. emoticon

Your story is so similar to a lot of other people. The difference is you are brave and kind enough to be willing to share your thoughts and bring us all together. Thank you, and good luck! You are beautiful and you CAN do this!
