Well I have a weigh in tomorrow. I am not feeling super confident in a loss this week even though I have lived up to my "Move More" resolution. I have done some sort of exercise most days of the week. My food intake has been pretty dismal. I need to get back in my rut of cooking once a week and stashing it all in the freezer. I had a fun time snacking on junk food.
I learned something wonderful yesterday. I really need a good large breakfast to make it through the day. One morning I had a high protein breakfast (well it was really lunch food for breakfast) and I lasted all morning from 7:30 till 1:30. I was not hungry until then. The next day I had a bowl of cherios and some fruit and it did nothing for me. I ended up getting a bagel and snacked on potato chips an then had lunch around 12:15. So I am going to experiment with this a little. I might have lunch for breakfast every day and have breakfast for dinner.
I joined the 28 Day Boot Camp. I kept putting it off and finally last night I just went for it. I thought to myself that if I didn't do it now I would probably not do it at all. Day 2 and I am about to go do my workout for the day.
