Wow, I'm getting close of completing my first week in bootcamp. I did not know there were so many different movements and boy the burn.
I thought I had been moving and really working those muscles but each day I am finding out differently. I think this program is a great one for me since it's just those small 10 minute increments which I've been able to do with no problem. Of course, I learn after each one I'm not as strong as I thought.
I look forward to each week to hopefully I will be stronger by the end. WooHoo!! Thanks for a great program to get you back in the swing of things after the holidays for sure.
I know I can do this!!
