Bootcamp Week 1

Wow, I'm getting close of completing my first week in bootcamp. I did not know there were so many different movements and boy the burn. emoticon

I thought I had been moving and really working those muscles but each day I am finding out differently. I think this program is a great one for me since it's just those small 10 minute increments which I've been able to do with no problem. Of course, I learn after each one I'm not as strong as I thought.

I look forward to each week to hopefully I will be stronger by the end. WooHoo!! Thanks for a great program to get you back in the swing of things after the holidays for sure.

I know I can do this!! emoticon

    Good for you! I have only accomplished three of them so far but I am hoping to catch up this weekend. Life has been toooooooooooooooooo crazy!

    I've been surprised at how hard these few minutes are to finish. I thought I was in better shape, too. I think "how can these few minutes help?" But then I realize that I'm sweating so I must be doing something? I'm sure by Week 4 we'll be whizzing through them. We can do it! Here's to Week 2 emoticon

    it's been a surprise to me too, I thought I was in pretty good shape but my sore muscle tell me differently LOL
