Last night I did Method Pilates dvd: The Warm-up was plenty of a work out for me! Used a few minutes of the aerobic section to cool down. Man, those exercise models are killer. Wanted not do anything today -- the 1st "real day" of my period. But since I didn't do anything yesterday, I didn't want to let the day go by. I wasn't going to let yesterday's PMS blah and pain excuse run into 2 days in a row.
I got hubby to do it with me too. Woot! Yay for him.

    Have you tried Vitamin B 6 during your period? When I had sever periods I would take a B complex tablet in the morning and then when the pain started again and then again if needed. Your urine may end up very yellow because the extra B does not stay but washes out.

Much better than pain pills.
