Fastest 5k - Week One

I am doing a training program called Fastest 5k this month. The creator of this program is Todd Lange who also has the podcasts. For information go to . Todd is such a great coach, he is very supported and he has a fan page as well. The goal of this program is to improve my 5k time.

The first day was to record my best 5k time, which was 34:56. Today I am on w1d5. 25 more days to go.
