Tiredness...

I wanted to go to the gym today but it's quite a far walk and I'm so tired :( I was up until half 4 this morning and think maybe it's for the best to just start my exercise tomorrow after a decent nights sleep. Maybe today can be all about setting out what I'm doing for my health kick and surely beauty sleep is important? I feel like I'm being a bit naughty by not going today but realistically I think results will be better if I wake up tomorrow, have some multivitamin Tropicana and get myself motivated to stomp down to the gym and pound the cross trainer :D

    If it's not the gym, so what! Find someone else to do. Put music on and dance around the house while you clean up a bit, or do the *get up and get it yourself* tactic I use when I'm totally blah. Instead of asking someone who may already be in the kitchen to grab me a bottle of water on their way back in, I get up and move my butt and get it myself. It's all the little things that make the difference. I spent this whole first week not doing any gym exercise, just tracked all my food and moved around a little more and I'm down 2.6lbs!!! I'll take it. You'll get the hang of it, whether it's today or tomorrow or next week. WE CAN DO IT!!!!!

    Just make sure you get some kind of physcial activity in today, even if you don't make it to the gym. You can do it!
