Like anyone who has been at it for a while, I have a few healthy habits already in place. So usually when I read an online article titled "Simple ways to cut 500 Calories" I don't get much out of it as I am already doing most of the suggestions. I have attached a link that actually has given me a few new ideas or reminded me of some things that I have not been doing. Some ideas are pretty basic for veteran Sparkers. We have become pretty good at swapping out the foods we eat for their healthier versions and know that drinking water instead of pop will save lots of calories. But this article has a few gems in it. So instead of going on, and on, and on - which I am prone to do - I will give you the link and let you decide if there is anything of merit to be had.
