Strength, Boot Camp and Me

Week 1 of round 2 Boot camp complete. Here is the deal on that one. For some reason I do not like strength workouts. I know the wonderful benefits of it. I always see immediate results, and the routines never take more than 20 minutes out of my day. Plus SPARK gives you o1 point for every exercise. I should love it right? It's simple,quick and most of the time you get to lay down doing it.
So why must I force myself to do it? Hmmmmmm.....
