I went on a New Year's Day cruise for a week and gained a couple of pounds (167.8 to 170.2). Not bad for how much I ate

I was on the treadmill for an hour every day and I walked a lot and swam so, all those activity helped not gaining 5 pounds I initially thought.
Since I came back home, I was being careful what I ate and exercised twice a day for 3 days. I was little cranky since I reduced my carb & calories and burned off a lot of calories by exercising. I ate every 3 hours and increased my protein intake.
I lost 4 pounds and think it is mostly water wt. loss. I need to continue eat right and exercise to keep this 4 lbs off and more for next week. I'll take one meal, one day, and one week at a time. Hopefully next week is better than this week.
