    Just remember it is New Year, so take all this one day at time.
Try to break down the meal planning into what you are currently doing, work in thing YOU Like. Just remember, just by watch what you are doing now, it is 100% better than what you were doing before! Try not to make weight lose the only measure of your success, for me just keeping my diet balance on given day is success.
