Week 1 Challenge Day 1

Our first challenge as part of Biggest Loser 15 was to:

N-Nutrition...stay within calorie ranges and take in 5 serving of freggies.

E-Exercise.....Get at least 20 minutes of exercise

W- Write, blog, journal. Write what you eat all day...every little nibble and then blog about it and give yourself a grade.

As for how I have done here goes.....

N-0 points....I did not stay in my calories ranges. I went to the mall today and was going to get a char grilled chicken salad from Chik-fil-a but the little man had other ideas. He loves the noodles at a Japanese place in the mall and specifically asked for them so I caved and had teriyaki chicken over rice. Not sure what the calories were on this but I am sure it was way more than I should have had and estimated it rather high. Although I only ate half of my meal it was still not healthy!

E-5 points......I got 45 minutes of exercise! The family and I did Just Dance on the Wii for 45 minutes. I stayed going the full 45 minutes and the other 3 switched off and played against me.

W-5 points....I wrote down everything I ate even though it was not what I should have eaten and I am a little embarrassed about it and I even wrote it in this blog!

So for today I get 10 points twords this weekend challenge. I give myself a grade of 60! I can do much better!!! Tomorrow is Dylan's birthday and I am going to do my very best to stay within calorie ranges in spite of pizza and cookie company cookie! I am going to need strength for that!!!! Hope everyone is having a wonderful night!!
