The little things....

As my journey continues I am learning that its the little things that make a difference. The small changes that we make and stay consistant with will help us achieve our end results whatever they might be as we all have different goals.

I have noticed that when i don't get all my water I get tired I don't sweat when I workout and for me that means I am not working hard I have been doing really great on getting all of my water in and I can feel and see a difference. My skin is not as dry and my hair and face seem to really shine all the time!! Now that is a plus. Once you get used to all the water there are not so many trips to the bathroom.

Also if I don't eat enough food I get tired. Although I do watch what I eat and have been doing great at getting in extra fruit and veggies I don't always get enough carbs so I am really trying to focus on the whole plate experiment from the book. It has been helping me keep a visual I also try not to eat everything on my plate when I go out unless its the salad!!!

I have also found out that when I workout in the morning I am at my best and well my day seems to be full of energy also!!! I truly enjoy that feeling. It's also so much harder to get to the gym if I miss going in the morning just the day takes over but I am getting more exercise through the day and I even seem happier.....(a side note I don't pms or cramp so bad either!!!)

So far those are the little things that seem to be making small changes in my lifestyle and I am enjoying it to say the least!!!
