Goal 1

I am struggling. I am trying to recover from a backslide. I always think I can do this without the diligence that is needed to be successful.

Truth is that you need to be accountable for the amount of calories that you consume in a day. AND you can't calculate it in your head. It is far to easy to overeat if you try that. But, when you see the total in front of you - it makes a difference.

So, I am back for yet another try. And I have mapped out my goals for the next 10 months. Goal 1 is a modest goal of a 4lb loss by the end of January.

...wish me success. Here goes nothing!!!!
