Why, why, why...

Friday, January 07, 2011

Why when I try to turn my life around does it feel the whole world is against me?

Why do I let little things bug me so much that they feel so big to me?

Why do I want to quit already?

I just need a break, way to much to think about, and way to much to change. I get tired just thinking about it.

BC, I just need a new brain.

Life can seem so hard to deal with sometimes. But hey you took the first step and wrote about your struggles and there are tons of people here to give you support. Just take one day at a time and dont try to do it all at once. You can do this!

Sometimes it can really feel like that. My advice is take a deep breath, close your eyes and know that it will be okay. It just takes time. Also one of my helpfull remedies is take a nice soaking bath, take some time for you and get a good night's sleep. Then in the morning put on your battle gear and charge!!!!!!!!! You can do this. Everyday you just have to make a choice. A choice to WANT to change or a choice to FEEL you can't do it. Because you can do it! You can do whatever you put your mind to. There will be times when you feel the world is against you, but when you rise above it you will be a stronger person because of it!
