With that is true to many things for me, I seem to start something and then just never follow through with it, be it diets, reading a book or exercise whatever, I get all gung-ho to start something, then it falls to the waist side.
Well this year I am going to try to change that, No I will not blog every day maybe once a week would be a good goal to try..
Not sure... I think I will try to set out some small goals and try to stick with it..
Today I will drink all 8 glasses of water...
