Start of Week 2 on Weight Watchers

I feel really good. Lots of food to eat while losing weight. Went to Walmart yesterday & got 2 exercise mats. Yes, you heard right, "exercise", lol. I am going to give it a try. I will have to adapt all exercises to do one-handed, but it's a challenge I've had to face my entire life, so I plug on.
Also got Nutri-Grain waffles, sugar-free syrup, fajita seasoned chicken strips and canned lowfat turkey chili. Ordered Kale, bananas, oranges, bell pepper & other veggies from Washington Produce Supply Co & will pick up tomorrow.
I don't feel like I are enough fresh veggies yesterday, so I'm having a salad today w/ romaine & green leaf lettuce. I like to add diced veggies and some slivered almonds.
Every time I go shopping I sleep really well that night. Okay my body is telling me something, get out there & exercise!
