I've been trying to block the fact that I had gained more than 2 kilos from myself, so that the extra 2 (sometimes verging on 3) kilos were not featured in my calculations, so I'd give myself no credit for losing them and not really notice when I gained them back. Kind of just excuse them (as bloat) and generally hate the fact that I wasn't making progress.
I'm hoping having admitted this is going to help me set more realistic goals. (I did factor them in to my goal for January of losing 7pounds/ 3 kilos). I've also broken the goal for the month down to a weekly goal.

Climbing was tough last night, mainly because it's been 2 weeks and my hands had gone all soft. But I still pulled off maneuvers that surprised me.
Lol, the guys bathroom at my climbing gym has an ad with a female model wearing nothing but a harness, but she's so girly, I have more visible muscles in my back than her (despite the fat coating)
