Back on Track

Well I did not meet my maintenance goals the past year and a half. I slowly put on weight about 1 to 2 pounds a month. I stayed very faithful to my exercise program. And I really feel that exercise is a part of my life now as a normal routine. I really enjoy being active. But I didn't do well on portion control. So I need to stop now and get back on track. I can still eat anything I want, I just need to eat less of it. So I'm back on track and am looking forward to reaching goal and maintaining my goal weight again.
