    Really enjoy the Vlog, I agree switch to cardio, for me the cardio seem to drop the weight, (not a lot about 1 - 1 1/2 per week). The other thing with cardio is losing inches, in my case I lost 6" off my waist. I do, some strength train, twice a week, but real focus on negative calories each day doing cardio. (does not always work out) One thing to watch out for with high cardio workout is the hunger about hour after the workout. No sure why this works but some kind of high protein food can off set that.
Total with you on the walking, why because you enjoy it!!

    I have to say I am enjoying this Zumba that I have been doing. According to my calorie burner/heart rate monitor thing I am burning 1,000 calories an hour and I am sweating alot!!! My muscles are sore but not as sore as when I life weights or do a bunch of squats so I can do the Zumba everyday. I also am lifting dumbells for my back,shoulders,arms but only do 10 - 15 reps 3 times at 5 lbs. so I am still toning and throw in some squats at the end of Zumba - about 20-25 of them. I have not gotten on the scale in about two weeks and I plan on weighing in on Monday... so hopefully it is working for me.

As for you -- do what you feel is best for you....don't worry about the strength training that can come later after you loose some weight. Hope all goes well with the house and hope your brother in law has a speedy recovery..... I would also like to know what bit him (I live in PA..... want to know what kinda nasties are out there in the woods)....
