I finally got a scale of my own, so I could weigh in. I hadn't weighed my self since last August. I lost 31 pounds! My goal is weigh 145 lbs by August 25, 2011. I figured it up...I have to lose about 1.5 pounds a week to meet my goal. I think I can manage that. But, with as often as I fail, I am afraid I am just setting myself up for more disappointment.
