Getting Back on Track

Well, the holidays are finally over. It's time for me to get back to to a good eating plan.
Over the holidays, I was able to stay with my regular exercise routine. I am so proud of myself for sticking with the gym for 50 mins, 2x per week. I even started Couch to 5K. I am now on Week 2. Also got some Kettlebells with a giftcard I received and just started that too.They are actually fun to use and it is quite the workout! Also, got some ice skates and have been skating a few times a week! Skating burns so many calories- it is crazy! I have been consciously working out for the past month and a half and now it has just become second nature to me.
As for eating, I want to get back to a healthy lifestyle, however, I did not do too bad over the holidays. I'm thinking of trying a non-processed diet. I would also like to read the Raw Food Detox Diet.
