Feels good to be back on track. Water sure kept the hunger away yesterday (or maybe it was the no added sugar?). Tossed in an extra orange for an evening snack; they are so darn good! Clementines are like candy and I love them, too. Miss my summer watermelon but there are lots of other fruits that I like (maybe all of them), so no concern. It's amazing how much I can eat and stay within calorie range when I'm eating healthy. Now, is that a new concept to me? Of course not, but why the heck do I have to keep going back to SP and starting again? Oh, well; just glad I am starting again, especially after a very indulgent Christmas holiday.
