I read if you want to lose weight you get it by 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. : (
I love to exercise(or I should say I love how it makes me feel) but the other end FOOD..not so good. I do have to admit my eating has improved greatly when I started this journey almost 3 years ago but it needs alot of work yet.
I think if those numbers would change places I would be alot further in my weight loss. Oh why does it have to be more on the nutrition end?????? I really struggle with the food...Portions..knowing what is good or bad for you(something it seems good for you but its not) what to look for in the ingredients...what %'s you should look at (dont go over that number or stay below this number) Its mind boggling!!!!!!
I just had to vent! I need to win some money and have my own personal chef or send my meals through the mail (ediet).
